Gary Cook is an Actor, Writer, and Filmmaker. Gary wrote, directed, and starred in their web series "Middle of Somewhere" which has gone to the Manhattan Film Festival. Gary also appeared in the short film "Frankie", which has gone to several fests including Raindance, the Calgary Underground FIlm Festival, and OUT at the Movies International Film fest. Gary was also the body Double for the late Melvin Van Peebles in the Standing on the Corner's music video Angel (Life and Death of the Earth in the Key of F).
In addition to film, Gary has also appeared in several Off-Off Broadway New Work productions, such as "Boy in the Window" and "5th Dimension of my Reflection".
Gary is a graduate of the MFA Acting Program at the California Institute of the Arts.
